Ella Jungle Resort, Ella

Staying at this jungle riverside resort was a unique experience. The rooms offered ample space with lovely bathrooms and stunning views of the river, but being in the jungle meant encountering some large bugs. Although the open setup allowed for a lot of nature to come in, including bugs, the facing river view was captivating.

My stay at the resort was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location by the river was perfect for a refreshing swim. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The unique location deep in the jungle added a sense of adventure to our stay. The dining experience, although inconsistent at times, still managed to impress with some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka.
